Welcome

Fairtrade in Eastleigh Borough Campaign promotes awareness of Fairtrade and we are delighted to announce that The Fairtrade Foundation has recognised our achievements. With the full support of Eastleigh Borough Council, Fairtrade status has been awarded to the Borough of Eastleigh for its commitment to Fairtrade principles.

Eastleigh is now officially a Fairtrade Borough, after a resolution was made in 2005 to actively promote Fairtrade to consumers, businesses and community groups in the area.

Sat 9 March 7:30 pm Jones & Halligan Concert at St Andrews, Eastleigh, Saturday 9 March 7:30

Date:
Saturday, 9 March 2013 - 7:30pm

A great evening of music, entertainment and inspiration. Both Rob and Gareth are incredibly talented musicians with a heart and passion for seeing the poor released from poverty through fair trade partnerships. They have been out to see for themselves how fair trade projects benefit communities and will share some of their stories with us.

There will also be opportunities to purchase fair trade foods and gifts, so come prepared!

Contact us for tickets or sell them on our behalf in your church or community. Just drop us a message and we will post some tickets out to you.

Please publicise this a widely as you can through your own networks, facebook, etc. It's going to be a great evening and we hope to raise a fair amount of money for Traidcraft Exchange who can then help more producer groups work their way out of poverty.

Best wishes,

Sue Hunt
